ICT Manager

Selection Criteria

• KSC 1: Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting ICT systems and services within a complex educational or organisational environment, with the ability to align ICT services with organisational priorities.
  
   
• KSC 2: Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary ICT infrastructure, cloud-based services including Google Workspace and Microsoft, and educational information and learning systems, including the ability to oversee reliable and effective technology operations.
  
   
• KSC 3: Demonstrated ability to identify and manage ICT risks, cyber security requirements, incidents and business continuity, with an understanding of relevant Department of Education policies and requirements.
  
   
• KSC 4: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate an ICT team, manage competing priorities and projects, and build effective working relationships with staff, external providers and key stakeholders.
  
   
• KSC 5: Highly developed communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide practical ICT advice, support continuous improvement and contribute positively to teaching, learning and school operations.

Role

The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Manager will work with the Executive Team, teaching staff, Education Support staff, students, Monash University and external providers to ensure ICT services are secure, reliable, responsive and aligned with the strategic priorities of JMSS and the requirements of the Department of Education.
