Selection Criteria

• Technical Knowledge and ICT Support
  Demonstrated ability to provide technical support for Windows and Apple devices, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software. Experience with LMS software Compass and device management platforms such as Moysle MDM, Apple School Manager, Microsoft Intune, MDT and similar technologies would be highly regarded.

•  Problem Solving and Technical Diagnosis
  Demonstrated ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve ICT issues efficiently, including hardware, software, networking and connectivity problems. Ability to apply analytical thinking to identify the root cause of technical issues and restore services with minimal disruption to staff and students.

• Communication, Customer Service and Teamwork
  Developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide professional, responsive and effective ICT support to staff and students. 

• Learning, Innovation and Adaptability
  Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and the ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge and skills. Willingness to research and evaluate emerging technologies, adapt to changing ICT environments, and contribute to the future development of school technology systems in line with Department of Education policies and standards.
