Role description

Selection Criteria

1. Capacity to support children 1:1 in wellbeing

2. Liaise with parents as appropriate in collaboration with Wellbeing leadership

3..Capacity to liaise regularly with the school Wellbeing Leadership Team 

4. Demonstrated capacity to meet relevant policies and legislative requirements in relation to student health information privacy, mandatory reporting etc, ensuring regular communication with School/Wellbeing Leadership in relation to child safety

5. Ability to build strong relationship with students

  • The successful applicant will work with a number of students, 1:1. The wellbeing coach will collaborate closely with the Wellbeing Leadership Team to support students. Observations may be undertaken and letters regarding 1:1 engagement written to support the Disability Inclusion Profiling process.
