Selection Criteria

SC1 ¿ Curriculum and school priorities
Demonstrated expert knowledge of curriculum and evidence-informed approaches to student engagement, wellbeing and careers education. Demonstrated ability to lead the Years 7¿12 program, including RRRR Wellbeing  , student agency, careers and pathways, and relevant literacy and numeracy development.

SC2 ¿ High-impact practice
Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact teaching and wellbeing practices that respond to student needs. Demonstrated ability to build staff capability through modelling, coaching, collaborative planning and evaluation of program impact.

SC3 ¿ Data and improvement
Demonstrated exemplary ability to use student learning, engagement, wellbeing, voice and pathways data to lead whole-school improvement. Demonstrated ability to support staff to use evidence to evaluate programs and improve student outcomes.

SC4 ¿ Leadership and relationships
Demonstrated exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with students, staff, families and community partners to strengthen engagement, wellbeing, student agency, aspiration and pathways.

SC5 ¿ Values and professional learning
Demonstrate ability to model Department and College values and support colleagues to do the same. Demonstrated ability to reflect on individual and whole-school practice and lead professional learning across the portfolio.
