VET/VCE apprenticeships/traineeships coordination, Facilities and OHS Management

Selection Criteria

SC1    Demonstrated knowledge and experience in respect to OHS & Facilities management and practices including the capacity to produce reports and provide guidance in respect to those reports.

SC2    Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in, Vocational Education and Training (VET) / Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), apprenticeships, and traineeships.

SC3    Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management in respect to the work area.

SC4    Demonstrated capacity to collaborate and direct the work of others in a team environment.

SC5    Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position.

SC6    High level organizational skills, including the capacity to prioritise workflows.

SC7    High level written and verbal communication skills.

SC8    A commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others

Role

Range 4 is distinguished by broader management responsibility, particularly in the areas of finance, human resource and other support functions.  Range 4 is responsible for managing a range of functions under a wide range of conditions, subject to the size and complexity of school operations.
