Ringwood North Primary School is a government primary school in the leafy outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The school is embedded in the community and promotes a strong community spirit in students and their families. The school's values encourage students to be and feel Grateful, Motivated, Inspirational and Safe. A range of programs and initiatives operate in the school to promote positive education, resilience and happiness in students. Approximately 440 students are shared among 19-20 classes with specialist teachers in Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Indonesian and Physical Education and a range of teaching intervention and extension staff, with 8 education support staff. 

A rich history of artistic endeavour and creativity runs through the school and events such as the annual Christmas Carols and bi-annual theatre production celebrate student talents in music, singing, acting and dance. A strong instrumental music program runs throughout the school with instruction in a wide array of instruments. 

The school boasts a proud tradition of technological innovation, with a range of science, robotics and media programs run throughout the year to develop skills in STEM subject areas in knowledge-rich `Global and Digital¿ units that teach Science, Humanities & Technology. 

In addition to strong student results in English and Maths, students engage with the community and are able to apply their knowledge and skills in authentic situations that ignite their curiosity.
