School of the Nativity is looking for an experienced dynamic Primary Years educator who is passionate about inspiring young people and contributing to a thriving, future, focused learning community.  This role provides an opportunity to inspire young learners through high-quality teaching, meaningful relationships and a commitment to the holistic development of every child.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity and Josephite tradition of School of the Nativity and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life.
• Demonstrate a contemporary understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Crossways and creatively plan, implement and assess differentiated learning programs that ensure quality outcomes for all learners.
• Use effective assessment practices and data, to monitor progress, provide feedback and report student achievement.
• A commitment to implementing explicit, evidence-based pedagogies and practices with high engagement routines.
