The Opportunity

Kildare College is seeking a dedicated ICT Support Officer to join our team in a newly created role within the College. The ICT Support Officer will play an important role in providing responsive, professional and practical ICT support to staff and students, ensuring their day-to-day technology needs are effectively supported.

  • 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.00pm
  • 42 weeks per year, working during the school terms plus 2 weeks prior to the new school year

About You

  • Technically capable and solutions-focused, with broad ICT knowledge and experience providing professional technical support, setting up systems and software, and confidently working across a range of ICT equipment and technologies
  • A skilled communicator and relationship builder, who develops positive and respectful relationships with staff and students and works effectively both independently and as part of a team
