Position details:
Star of the Sea Primary School is seeking applications from enthusiastic and innovative Inclusive Learning Support Education Assistant to join our vibrant learning community. We are looking for assistants who are passionate about learning, committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment and eager to contribute to a collaborative and faith-filled school culture.

Selection Criteria: (if applicable)
•    Understanding of and commitment to, the ethos and mission of Catholic Education; 
•    Experience as an Inclusive Learning Support Team Education Assistant; 
•    Demonstrated flexibility, empathy and compassion in supporting the diverse needs of students; 
•    The ability to work effectively with individual students and small groups to support their academic, social and emotional development; 
•    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build positive professional relationships as part of a dedicated teaching team; 
•    A positive, professional, team-oriented educator who demonstrates a cooperative and collaborative approach, values feedback and is committed to continual professional growth; 
•    Completed or be willing to complete Senior First Aid Certificate
Qualifications Required: (if applicable)
•    Certificate IV in School Based Education Support; 
•    Accreditation to work in a Catholic School (or willing to obtain).
