Leader Band B-2 - Senior Leader: Year 8 Learners

The Senior Leader: Year 8 Learners, provides strategic and collaborative leadership to support the engagement, wellbeing and achievement of Year 8 students. Working closely with the Leadership Team, Learner Engagement and Wellbeing Team, staff, students and families, the position leads initiatives aligned with the school's Strategic Directions, Vision, Values and Site Learning Plan, with a focus on attendance, engagement, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches and the implementation of the Year 8 CARE program. The role also oversees the coordination of learning expeditions to enhance student connection, participation and real-world learning experiences.
