Leader Band B-2 - Senior Leader: Year 7 Learners

The Senior Leader: Year 7 Learners provides strategic and collaborative leadership to support the successful engagement, wellbeing and transition of Year 7 students. Working closely with the Leadership Team, Learner Engagement and Wellbeing Team, staff, students and families, the position leads initiatives aligned with the school's Strategic Directions, Vision and Values, with a focus on attendance, engagement, achievement, enrolment, induction and transition processes. The role also supports the development of a positive Middle Years learning culture through trauma-informed and restorative practices, and contributes to the design and implementation of the Year 7 CARE program and the school's 18-month transition timeline.
