Role description
This role provides strategic and operational leadership in daily organisation and timetabling, ensuring the smooth coordination of staff absences, lesson coverage, TRT allocation and whole-school timetable processes. It also oversees staff induction, particularly for Early Career Teachers, and supports course counselling processes in partnership with leadership to strengthen staff capability and student pathway planning.
