Leader Band B-2 - Senior Leader, Conditions For Learning Years 9 & 10

The Year 9 and 10 Conditions for Learning Senior Leader will lead a positive, inclusive and high expectations culture that strengthens student learning, wellbeing, engagement and increasing independence. The role will lead the consistent application of CBHS pedagogy, Positive Behaviours for Learning, the Berry Street Education Model and trauma informed education practices. Working collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary support staff, the leader will strengthen team practice and promote purposeful, high quality learning environments. The role will also support students to develop agency and prepare successfully for transition into the Senior Years.
