Leader Band B-2 - Senior Leader, Conditions For Learning Years 7 & 8

The Year 7 and 8 Conditions for Learning Senior Leader will lead a positive, inclusive and high expectations focused middle years culture, supporting student learning, wellbeing, engagement and successful transition to high school. The role will lead the consistent application of CBHS middle years pedagogy, Positive Behaviours for Learning, the Berry Street Education Model and trauma informed education practices. Working collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary support staff, the leader will strengthen team practice and promote purposeful, high-quality learning environments. Primary school educators with relevant leadership, middle years or transition experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
