Leader Band B-2 - Senior Leader, Conditions For Learning Years 11 & 12

The Year 11 and 12 Conditions for Learning Senior Leader will lead a positive, inclusive and aspirational senior years culture that promotes student learning, wellbeing, engagement, independence and belonging. The role will lead the consistent application of CBHS pedagogy, Positive Behaviours for Learning, the Berry Street Education Model and trauma informed education practices. Working collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary support staff, the leader will strengthen team practice and promote purposeful, high-quality learning environments. The role will also lead assemblies, camps, the Year 12 formal, awards, graduation and other significant events that celebrate achievement and strengthen students' connection to the CBHS community.
