ABOUT THE ROLE
The Dean of Students – Senior School provides leadership relating to student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, engagement and pastoral care across Years 7–12. Through leadership of the House system and Heads of House team, the Dean fosters a positive, inclusive and values-driven culture where students feel known, valued and supported to thrive. The role leads pastoral programs, student support and intervention processes, leadership development and student formation initiatives, while supporting the Anglican identity of the College through Chapel and faith-based opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership for the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Senior School behaviour management framework.
