ABOUT THE ROLE

The Risk & Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring our school operates in a safe, compliant, and ethically responsible environment.  Reporting directly to the Risk & Compliance Manager, you will assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the school’s overall risk management and compliance frameworks.

You will ensure our systems, processes, and culture support full regulatory compliance across critical areas, including Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Emergency Management, Incident Management, and Privacy.

Child Safety is at the heart of everything we do. You will champion a transparent, accountable culture that aligns with Child Safe Standards and equips staff, students, and parents to keep our community safe.
