Lead success and engagement in The Arts at Rostrevor College

Rostrevor College is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our community as Head of Faculty – The Arts, commencing January 2027.

This Position of Responsibility provides an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and collaborative educator to lead a vibrant and dynamic learning area, inspiring excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement across Years 7–12. Guided by the values and traditions of Edmund Rice Education Australia, the successful applicant will foster a culture of innovation, creativity and continuous improvement while supporting students to develop their talents and achieve their full potential.

The Head of Faculty will provide leadership in curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment and reporting, ensuring faculty programs align with the Australian Curriculum, SACE requirements and the College's strategic priorities. Working closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning, Director of Data & Innovation and College Leadership Team, the successful applicant will lead data, research and evidence informed practice, mentor and support staff, and champion high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
