The Opportunity

Kildare College is seeking a dedicated and approachable Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of the College community, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, families and visitors, providing a welcoming, professional and responsive reception service and contributing to the smooth operation of the College.

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm
  • 42 weeks per year, working during the school terms plus 2 weeks prior to the new school year

About You

  • Highly organised and capable administrator with experience in undertaking a broad range of administrative functions, prioritising competing demands, and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder who develops positive and respectful connections with staff, students, families and visitors, while working effectively both independently and collaboratively
