St Mary's Catholic School, Boyup Brook is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team in 2027.

We are looking for an enthusiastic educator with demonstrated experience teaching in a primary school setting and a commitment to creating engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environments that support young children to thrive. Located in the heart of Boyup Brook, St Mary's is a small Catholic primary school with approximately 65 students from Three-Year-Old Kindergarten to Year 6. Our modern facilities, small class sizes and strong community connections create an ideal environment for delivering meaningful and personalised learning experiences.

You will be joining a team of experienced and dedicated educators who work collaboratively to support the growth and development of every student academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

Selection Criteria

We are seeking a teacher who can:

· Develop and nurture respectful relationships with students, staff and families.

· Promote and support the Catholic faith, education and ethos of the school.

· Demonstrate excellent teaching practice that engages, motivates and supports students.

· Create inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young learners.

· Demonstrate experience teaching in a primary school classroom setting, preferably within the Early Years.
