Salary Range: $153,472 - $172,733 per annum pro rata pending experiance + Super

Townsville Catholic Education is seeking a passionate and dynamic Religious Education Lead for a permanent, full-time position dedicated to supporting and enhancing Catholic education across the Diocese. Working as part of a School Service Team and reporting to the Education Consultant, you will play a critical role in coaching and building the capacity of teachers and school leaders particularly the Assistant Principal - Religious Education (APRE). In this role, you will provide specialist curriculum and Catholic Identity advice, guide annual curriculum reviews, and facilitate high-quality spiritual formation and professional development opportunities to strengthen religious literacy and faith formation throughout our school communities.

To be successful, you will bring proven leadership experience in Catholic education, expertise in Religious Education pedagogy, and a strong track record of mentoring and collaborating with educators. You must hold a deep personal commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of Townsville Catholic Education, along with a firm dedication to student protection, safety, and legislative compliance.
