The Role

The Program Coordinator - Student Services should possess outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate should have the ability to build and maintain effective school and community partnerships with parents, carers and external agencies such as the School of Special Educational Needs: Behaviour and Engagement (SSEN:BE), School of Special Educational Needs (SSEN), Department of Communities and Disability Services. They should hold high expectations for all students and work collaboratively to implement strategies that improve student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and attendance, while sharing responsibility for the effective management of student behaviour across the school.

Highly desirable attributes include a strong understanding of Students at Educational Risk (SAER) processes and case management, including effective intervention, monitoring and reporting practices. The successful ap…
