The Role

As a Program Coordinator for Health and Physical Education (HPE), you will work collaboratively within our Senior Leadership Team to provide leadership within the school and the community. Ideally, you will develop and promote the school's vision and work with your own team, and across the college, to build shared ownership of the action required to deliver on our school's vision and goals.

In this role, you would provide clarity, direction and support to your team and intentionally build capacity and cohesion within and amongst staff. You would take an active role in the ongoing development and implementation of a positive and caring learning environment across the HPE Department.
