Role description
Far North Queensland Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
The Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities supports the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the school by maintaining grounds, facilities, equipment, sporting areas and outdoor spaces, while also assisting with security, deliveries, stores, events and general school services.
The role undertakes routine maintenance, grounds care, safety checks, repairs and asset management, liaises with contractors and school staff, and ensures facilities and equipment are maintained safely and in accordance with relevant procedures.
