Director R-6 Village

St Martins Lutheran College invites applications from experienced educational leaders for the position of Director of R–6 Village.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and relational teacher to shape the culture, wellbeing and day-to-day experience of students across the R–6 Village. As a visible leader within the College community, the Director will work closely with staff, students, families and College leaders to foster a safe, inclusive and thriving learning environment. The role would suit an educator who is passionate about primary years education, confident in leading people and operations, and committed to strong relationships, student wellbeing and Christian care.

This is a full-time position commencing in January 2027 and includes a teaching load of approximately 0.2 FTE. 

The successful applicant will be appointed to a full-time, permanent teaching position, with the Director of R–6 Village role offered as a fixed-term Position of Additional Responsibility (PAR) for a three-year tenure. There is a leadership allowance of $19,469.40 pa associated with the leadership role.
