About the Role

St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Assistant to join out Careers Counselling team.

This role provides high-quality administrative, clerical, research, and event support to the Careers Counselling Department, helping students access current and relevant information about post-school pathways, tertiary study, employment, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. Working closely with the Careers Counsellor and VET Coordinator, you will support careers programs, maintain resources and databases, coordinate events and activities, and contribute to the delivery of outstanding careers education across the College.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 to 5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within an education or school environment.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support while managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, databases, and digital information platforms; exposure to Synergetic or similar school management systems will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain confidentiality.
