Early & Primary Years Teachers (Multiple Positions)

We are seeking multiple Early Years & Primary Years Teachers:

Criteria

• Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity and Mercy values of McAuley Community School.
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of evidence-informed learning theories and pedagogies, particularly Explicit Instruction.
• Show proven experience in using assessment and data to inform planning, with highly developed skills in designing learning programs that meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Draw on expertise in inclusive education pedagogies and practices to create a supportive and accessible learning environment for every learner.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Positive Education and its role in supporting student wellbeing and fostering a flourishing school community.
• Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, ESOs, students, parents, and the wider community.
