Student Support Officer

We are seeking to establish a pool of Student Support Officers (SSO) for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Joseph Banks Secondary College (SC) is an Independent Public School in the suburb of Banksia Grove, approximately 40 kilometres from the Perth Central Business District. The Role

The SSO assists with coordinating Student Support Programs at our school. This may ideally include developing and introducing systems or intervention strategies, completing work assessments on students (including liaising with any relevant parties), providing support and advice to teachers on strategies for supporting students and facilitating group work processes.
