Business Manager – Nagle College, Blacktown South
Permanent Full-Time | Commencing 12 October 2026
Join the leadership team at Nagle College, Blacktown South, a welcoming and faith-filled Catholic secondary school committed to developing confident and compassionate young women.
Serving girls in the wider Blacktown community since 1965, Nagle is a vibrant and multicultural Years 7–12 learning community. The College takes pride in knowing and valuing every student and supporting their academic, spiritual and personal growth.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager (Level C) to support the College’s ongoing financial and operational success. This is a permanent full-time position commencing 12 October 2026.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the College and provide strategic and operational support across finance, school fee management, procurement, contracts and facilities.
The successful candidate will
Provide high-level operational finance support to school staff.
Support the development, implementation and review of financial procedures and processes.
Provide guidance on school fee billing, collection and financial assistance processes.
Analyse financial results and budgets, providing advice to support effective financial management.
Support procurement processes and contract matters in collaboration with CSPD support teams.
Work collaboratively on facilities planning, minor works and major capital projects.
Support compliance with CSPD policies, procedures and financial requirements.
