Role description
South East Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
The Human Resources Officer provides operational HR support and advice to staff at Beaudesert State High School, coordinating staff movements, recruitment and induction,
timesheets, entitlements, payroll, leave, contracts and other HR processes in consultation with the Business Manager.
The role also reviews and improves local HR
systems, monitors compliance with legislation and departmental policies, researches HR practices and identifies efficiencies to support effective, client-focused service delivery.
