Role description
Central Queensland Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
The Business Manager provides corporate, administrative, HR, financial and facilities support to the Principal at Glenden State School, including supervising support staff,
managing recruitment and workforce processes, administering budgets and financial transactions, coordinating facilities and technology, and maintaining school records and
reporting systems.
The role also manages competing priorities, supports school communications and newsletters, advises stakeholders on operational issues, and
identifies process improvements while ensuring services comply with departmental policies, legislation and governance requirements. This position is being offered in a Temporary
Part-Time capacity (0.60FTE), 43.5 hours per fortnight.
