The Business Manager is an AO6 leadership role responsible for strategic corporate services across Buderim Mountain State School, providing advice to the Principal and school
management team across finance, HR, facilities, administration and resource management.
The role leads support-staff workforce planning and HR processes, manages
financial operations and budgets, oversees facilities and assets, drives business and process improvement, and uses systems and technology to improve service delivery.
