Role description
Queen of Peace Parish Primary School ensures that primacy is given to faith formation of students in an authentic Catholic community through a commitment to Jesus Christ, and His Good News, as a believing and practising Catholic. Leadership in a Catholic school carries with it the unique opportunity for shaping a climate of Catholic Christian values and an atmosphere for learning that will nurture the growth and development of each person.
Queen of Peace takes an explicit instructional approach to the teaching of English, Mathematics and Behavioural Routines and Expectations, in line with the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools' Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement.

The Wellbeing Leader reports directly to the Principal and Deputy Principal - Student Engagement, is a member of the Leadership Team and oversees programs and resources.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic educator who holds a strong understanding of the whole child and students wellbeing needs. The successful applicant will coordinate and oversee programs and resources that support all students to flourish. We are seeking a collaborative team player, who confidently engages with all stakeholders, within our school and throughout the broader community.
