Executive Assistant to the Principal

Full-Time | 0.8-1.0 FTE | Permanent
 

Provide exceptional support to the College Principal and Board while playing an important role in the day-to-day operation of a growing Christian College.

 

South Coast Baptist College is seeking an experienced and highly-organised Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level executive, administrative and confidential support to the College Principal, with additional PA support to the Chairman of the Board as required.

 

This is a varied and trusted support role, dealing with a range of administrative, compliance and governance requirements within the education sector.

About the role

Working closely with the Principal, Executive Team and Chairman of the Board, you will:
 

  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative and executive support to the Principal, including diary, correspondence, meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate Board and Executive meetings, including agendas, reports, minutes and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare, edit and quality-assure professional correspondence, reports, presentations and College communications.
  • Support the Principal with confidential documentation relating to staff, student and parent matters, recruitment, employment and other sensitive processes.
