Role description
St Joseph’s Primary School, Taree is seeking an exceptional Administrative Officer (Level 6A) to join the team in a permanent full-time capacity commencing January 2027.
This is a key leadership support position, providing oversight of critical administrative operations and contributing to the strategic and day-to-day functioning of the school.

As a highly visible and influential member of the school community, the Administrative Officer will play a pivotal role in leading administrative excellence across the school.
Working closely with the Principal and leadership team, the successful applicant will provide high-level operational coordination, oversee complex administrative processes, guide and support office practices, and ensure the efficient delivery of business and service functions that underpin the school's ongoing success.
The role requires a proactive and solutions-focused professional with the ability to build positive relationships, coordinate competing priorities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and exercise sound judgement in a dynamic educational environment.
