Role description

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School is searching for a passionate physical education teacher wanting to join a vibrant community dedicated to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and social and emotional wellbeing in our students.

Applicants are asked to demonstrate experience in the following successful criteria:

  • an ability to develop and maintain respectful and caring relationships with students, families and colleagues
  • an understanding and demonstrated use of evidence based best practice
  • a capacity to coordinate year level and whole school sports events
  • an understanding and experience with PBL (an advantage)
  • the ability to collaborate, support and contribute to the specialist team
  • the willingness to adhere to St Francis of Assisi's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 1359
  • a commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
