Serving approximately 1,400 students across its Brookfield, Toolern Vale and Online campuses, MCC provides a nurturing environment where students are supported to flourish academically, spiritually, personally and vocationally. Grounded in the values of Christ-Centredness, Excellence, Passion for Teaching and Learning, Community and Respect, MCC is entering an important phase in its educational development, strengthening a connected approach to learning, while responding thoughtfully to emerging technologies, changing pathways and the future needs of students.
The Director of Education is part of the Executive team shaping the College-wide vision and long-term strategy for teaching, learning and student growth, and ensuring innovation remains purposeful, measurable and responsible.
Reporting directly to the Principal and firmly aligning to MCC’s Christian mission and future direction, the Director of Education develops and leads a coherent future-of-learning approach, across pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, and academic performance, in a highly relational, inclusive and evidence-informed manner.
