Role description
Administrative Assistant & First Aid Officer – Christway College Wyndham
Reports to: Office Manger
Christway College is seeking applications for an Administrative Assistant & First Aid Officer to commence October 2026, exact start date negotiable.
This is a key dual-role position providing professional administrative and reception support to the College while also overseeing the day-to-day provision of first aid and student health support.
Hours of Work
This is an ongoing, full-timeposition, however the time fraction is negotiable.
The usual hours of work will be 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, however, work hours are negotiable and may vary from time to time to meet College requirements. A degree of flexibility is therefore required.
The position will generally operate during school terms and for part of the school holidays. Additional attendance may be required during professional development weeks and other periods, with arrangements negotiated with the Office Manager/Campus Principal.
About the Role
The successful applicant will undertake a broad range of reception, administrative and first aid responsibilities and will play an important role in supporting the health of students and the effective operation of the College.

The Administrative Assistant component of the role will include:
· Managing a busy reception area in a professional, welcoming and efficient manner.
