Role description

Position Details:
The ICT Technician works collaboratively with the ICT Team and key stakeholders to provide frontline technical support for staff and students, deliver training in Microsoft 365 applications, and support the development and management of cloud-based services. The role serves as the primary contact for computer repairs, maintains the College's ICT asset register, and assists the Executive Leadership Team in developing and implementing technology solutions that enhance College operations.

Position Description: 
This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start or by negotiation.

Selection Criteria: 
Essential
•    A strong commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and a willingness to promote and support 
     Catholic values as a member of the Lumen Christi College Community 
•    Tertiary/Technical qualifications in Information Technology and/or industry qualifications.

On appointment, the successful applicant will be required to:
•    Have a current Working with Children Check (WWC)
•    Have a Western Australia Department of Education National Police History Check 
•    Undergo Mandatory Reporting Training
•    Acquire and/or maintain relevant Accreditation requirements to Work in a Catholic School.

Desirable
•    Technical qualifications in Microsoft cloud platforms namely Office 365, Intune and Azure. Experience SEQTA and other Catholic Education platforms 
•    A proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of a team
•    Ability to assist with the development of knowledge and skills for staff, students and parents
