Role description
Position Details:
St Mary MacKillop College is committed to providing quality K-12 Catholic education in the South West region. We are a supportive, caring community with modern facilities designed to engage students and bring learning to life.
• 76.99% full time equivalent (FTE)
• 4 days per week, 8:00am - 4:00pm, 45 weeks per year
• Ongoing position commencing Term 3, 2025
In this busy and varied position, the Administrative Officer - Finance provides support to the Business Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school’s financial processes. Working as part of a close-knit team, this role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, families and other stakeholders.
We are seeking someone that:
• Has demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable processes, with the ability to accurately process transactions, ensure compliance with policies and analyse data.
• Has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• A highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with colleagues, parents and other stakeholders.
• Possesses a current Working with Children Check and Crim Track Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
