Role description

Position Details:

This is a part-time temporary leave replacement for a Pre-primary teacher, working each Friday

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated educator who is committed to nurturing the academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth of young children. The successful applicant will be an engaging and reflective practitioner who is dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.

This temporary part-time position will commence on 1 January 2027 and conclude on 31 December 2027.

Founded by the Presentation Sisters in 1908, St Thomas' Primary School is a vibrant, single-stream, co-educational primary school catering for 180 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. Situated in the heart of Claremont, the school seeks to educate the whole child in a Christ-centred, child-focused and safe learning environment. The school is part of a strong and nurturing community and enjoys an excellent reputation for providing a welcoming, inclusive and academically diverse environment for its students.
