Role description

Position Details:

This is a part-time position for an experienced Education Support Teacher who will also undertake the role of Students with Disability and Inclusion Co-ordinator.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate professional who is committed to supporting students with disabilities and additional learning needs. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teachers, students, families and external agencies to promote inclusive educational practices and ensure all students are supported to achieve success.

Founded by the Presentation Sisters in 1908, St Thomas' Primary School is a vibrant, single-stream, co-educational primary school catering for 180 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. Situated in the heart of Claremont, the school seeks to educate the whole child in a Christ-centred, child-focused, safe learning environment. The school is part of a strong and nurturing community.
