Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super +  Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 2 = $13,024 per annum)

Southern Cross Catholic Collegeis seeking an experienced and dedicated Curriculum Leader -Religious Education.

This is a full-time, permanent teaching role with a 3 year fixed-term appointment to the Curriculum Leader - Religious Education position commencing 18 Janaury 2027.

The role supports the Catholic identity and mission of Southern Cross Catholic College by ensuring Religious Education is delivered as a high quality academic discipline and is authentically connected to the faith life, mission and Marian tradition of the College.

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.

To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements. You’ll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement.
