Role description
St Thomas’ School Terang is seeking applications from graduate teachers for the 12 month fixed (Full-time) position of Classroom Teacher to commence on Wednesday 27th January 2027.
About the Role
The successful applicants will assist the school in improving student educational outcomes with a critical focus on providing quality instruction.
The successful applicant will be expected to have the willingness to further enhance their content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students and will be expected to work collaboratively within professional learning teams.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
- To provide a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children and young people;
- To provide students with a rich and engaging educational experience;
- Ensure the delivery of curriculum that reaches and engages students with a diverse range of educational abilities and backgrounds;
- A collegial and collaborative approach to learning and teaching.
