Previous experience in OSHC or early childhood is highly regarded.

The Opportunity

Permanent Part-Time | Commencing January 2027

We are seeking an exceptional Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Director to lead our thriving OSHC program within our vibrant Christian school community, commencing Term 1 2027. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, develop engaging programs within the My Time, Our Place framework, build strong partnerships with families, and lead a supportive team to provide a safe, welcoming environment for children.

• Working 48 weeks per year. 4 weeks annual leave.
• Up to 30 hours per week, to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

As our OSHC Director, you will have the opportunity to:
