Classroom Teacher Position

The successful applicant will demonstrate :

• A commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of St Paul’s Primary School and the importance of Education in Faith.
• An understanding of and commitment to the MACS Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement, and their application in classroom practice.
• Sound knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum 2.0 and evidence-informed teaching practices, including principles from the Science of Learning.
• The ability to use assessment evidence to inform teaching, differentiation and support for diverse learners.
• The ability to create calm, inclusive and engaging learning environments with high expectations for all students.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
