Role description

Location:

A temporary part time position commencing 12 October 2026 until 17 December 2026.

This is a position of support services for students, staff, parents and school administration.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

  • A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Experience in administration and general office processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.
  • Ability to process data in a variety of forms and produce reports.
  • Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Certificate III in Office Procedures /Admin or related study or experience.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as child-related work, and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
