Reporting to the Deputy Head of Senior School – Academic Excellence and Growth, the Head of Faculty – Languages leads a collaborative Prep–Year 12 faculty and oversees curriculum, teaching and operational excellence across Lauriston’s Languages programs: Chinese, French, Latin and Spanish. A key priority of the role is to create a purposeful and connected learning journey that develops linguistic proficiency, intercultural understanding and curiosity about the world, with clear progression across year levels and strong pathways into senior Languages study.
