Role description


This is a 36 month fixed term, part-time (0.6 FTE) position commencing as soon as possible with possible extension and/or permanency

The Role

Marble Bar PS is seeking a flexible and versatile teacher to work across all classrooms as part of our Duties other than Teaching (DOTT) relief and whole-school teaching program.

The successful applicant will primarily deliver Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) across the school while also supporting the implementation of our whole-school Literacy and Numeracy approaches.

Our key literacy and numeracy programs include Heggerty, Letters and Sounds, Talk for Writing and Numeracy Top Ten.

The teacher will work with students across different year levels and abilities and should be comfortable adapting lessons to suit multi-age and small-group settings. They will also provide additional Literacy and Numeracy support where required.
