Strategic and External Relations are seeking to establish a pool of Principal Consultants - Primary - Curriculum and Assessment (International) for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of December 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
The School Curriculum and Standards Division provides administrative and secretariat services for, and implements the decisions of, the Authority. The Authority provides quality curriculum, assessment and standards to enable all students studying the Western Australian curriculum to become confident, creative learners and active, informed citizens who contribute positively to society.
The Authority has been licensing overseas schools to implement the Western Australian curriculum under its International Education Program (IEP) for more than 38 years. The Authority is undertaking an expansion of its IEP in accordance with the State’s international education strategy and is currently working with schools across the globe to deliver the Western Australian curriculum.
The Role
The Authority is seeking to appoint staff with expertise in the Western Australian curriculum and assessment in the primary years of schooling, to support the ongoing delivery and expansion of the IEP.
